การศึกษาแบบภควันตภาพ: ทางเลือกเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน

Abstract

การศึกษาแบบภควันตภาพ หรือ Ubiquitous Education เป็นการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารประเภท คอมพิวเตอร์ตั้งโต๊ะ โน้ตบุ๊ก สมาร์ทโฟน แท็บเล็ต และระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมาประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อแก้ปัญหา พัฒนา และส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยมีจุดเน้นด้านการเรียนรู้และการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลาตามความต้องการและความเหมาะสมของบริบทผู้เรียน และการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางการเรียนผ่านช่องทางของเทคโนโลยีทั้งแบบประสานเวลาและไม่ประสานเวลา ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการพัฒนาตนเองได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพทั้งด้านการเรียนรู้ การคิดวิเคราะห์ การคิดสังเคราะห์ การคิดแก้ปัญหา และการคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ได้ด้วยตนเอง พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยการศึกษาแบบภควันตภาพถือเป็นการจัดการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นและขยายโอกาสการเข้าถึงอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งแตกต่างจากการจัดการเรียนการสอนในอดีตที่ผู้เรียนต้องเข้าชั้นเรียน ผู้สอนเป็นผู้บรรยาย และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางการเรียนแบบเผชิญหน้าเท่านั้น ดังนั้นการศึกษาแบบภควันตภาพจึงลดข้อจำกัดด้านเวลา สถานที่ และการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางการเรียน ส่งผลให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนไม่ถูกจำกัดอยู่เฉพาะในห้องเรียนอีกต่อไป

Ubiquitous Education, integration of information and communication technology (desktop computer, laptop, smart phone, tablet) and Internet, is applied for education management such as problem solving, development of a learning, and enhance educational effectiveness. It focuses on anyone, anytime, anywhere, and any-service of learning followed by an appropriated context and interactive learning via synchronous and/or asynchronous technology. Resulting in accomplishment of learners, Ubiquitous Education develop critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, problem solving, creative thinking to process knowledge and facilitate learning skill in 21th decade. According to traditional learning an only in-classroom interactive face-to-face learning, the Ubiquitous Education is definitely flexible learning approach, educational opportunity expanding. In conclusion, the Ubiquitous Education eliminate the limitation of time, and place and enhance interactive learning leading to the out-classroom learning experience.
