ความต้องการจำเป็นของอาจารย์นิเทศก์สำหรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในบริบทพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการขาดการนิเทศของอาจารย์สำหรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในบริบทพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ 2) วิเคราะห์สาเหตุการขาดการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์สำหรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในบริบทพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ 3) จัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นของอาจารย์นิเทศก์สำหรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในบริบทพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ 4) แนวทางการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์สำหรับการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในบริบทพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยง อาจารย์นิเทศก์ นักศึกษาปฏิบัติการสอน เจ้าหน้าที่งานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นและเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบเครือข่ายใจความสำคัญ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัญหาการขาดการนิเทศของอาจารย์ ประกอบด้วย ปัญหาภาระงานและปัญหาจากบริบทพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ 2) วิเคราะห์สาหตุการขาดการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ประกอบด้วย อัตรากำลังของอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยและความรู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน 3) จัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ประกอบด้วย บทบาทในการนิเทศการสอน บทบาทการให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักศึกษา บทบาทผู้ประสานงานและสร้างความร่วมมือ และบทบาทในการประเมินผลการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ตามลำดับ และ 4) แนวทางการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ พบว่า ควรใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาสนับสนุน

This mixed methods research study the following 1) problems of lacking supervision for pre-service teachers’ professional experiences of supervisors in the three southern border provinces 2) analysis of lacking supervision for pre-service teachers’ professional experiences of supervisors in the three southern border provinces 3) priority of needs assessment supervision for pre-service teachers’ professional experiences of supervisors in the three southern border provinces 4) guidelines of supervision for pre-service teachers’ professional experiences of supervisors in the three southern border provinces. The samples were supervisors, school administrator, student teachers, mentor teacher and professional experience administration Committee. The research instruments were questionnaire and semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed by using and thematic network analysis. The results were summarized as follows: 1) problems of lacking supervision including supervisors’ workload and the unrest situation of three southern border provinces 2) analysis of lacking supervision including manpower of supervisors and significant impacts on their safety 3) priority of needs assessment of supervision including the roles of instructional supervision, the roles of the advisor, the roles in creating collaboration with school and university and the roles in teaching evaluation 4) This study suggested that in order to maximize supervision during unrest situation. it is critical that supervisors use Information Technology
