แนวทางการสร้างเกณฑ์การประเมินอาคารคลังสินค้าสีเขียว

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบเกณฑ์อาคารเขียวและสำนักงานสีเขียว เพื่อนำมาสร้างเกณฑ์การประเมินอาคารคลังสินค้าสีเขียว เกณฑ์ที่ใช้เปรียบเทียบ ได้แก่ เกณฑ์อาคารเขียวภาครัฐ (กรณีอาคารเดิม) ของกรมควบคุมมลพิษ เกณฑ์สำนักงานสีเขียว ของกรมส่งเสริมคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม เกณฑ์ความยั่งยืนทางพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย สำหรับอาคารระหว่างใช้งาน ของสถาบันอาคารเขียวไทย และเกณฑ์ LEED 2009 for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance ของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และพิจารณาความเหมาะของเกณฑ์การประเมินอาคารคลังสินค้าสีเขียวจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน โดยส่งให้พิจารณา 3 รอบ ตามเทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) รวมทั้งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ดูแลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม/ผู้ดูแลอาคารคลังสินค้าของบริษัทผู้ให้บริการด้านการขยายตลาด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอาคารคลังสินค้า ของบริษัทเอกชน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอาคารเขียว/สำนักงานสีเขียว เกี่ยวกับการจัดการอาคารคลังสินค้า และเกณฑ์การประเมินอาคารคลังสินค้าสีเขียว ซึ่งได้เกณฑ์การประเมินอาคารคลังสินค้าสีเขียวประกอบด้วย 7 หมวด ได้แก่ หมวด 1 การบริหารจัดการให้เป็นอาคารคลังสินค้าสีเขียว หมวด 2 ผังบริเวณและภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม หมวด 3 การใช้น้ำ หมวด 4 พลังงาน หมวด 5 สภาวะแวดล้อมภายในอาคาร หมวด 6 การป้องกันผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอก และหมวด 7 นวัตกรรม

This research aims to compare the criteria of green building and green office for setting up criteria of the green warehouse building. The criteria of green warehouse building derive from a green building manual of Pollution Control Department, a green office manual of Department of Environmental Quality Promotion, Thai’s Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability for Existing Building: Operation and Maintenance of Thai Green Building Institute and LEED 2009 for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance of United Stated Green Building Council. In addition, there are interviews with the environmental administrators/ Building administrators of the leading market expansion service company, the warehouse building expert and the green building & green office experts. There are 17 persons professional in order to evaluate an appropriateness of the criteria. From this study, there are seven categories for the green warehouse building that are 1: Organizational management for green warehouse, 2: Site and Landscape, 3: Water management, 4: Energy management, 5: Environmental in the workplace, 6: Environmental protection and 7: Innovation.
