การเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและหาคุณภาพของการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี 2) ประเมินการทำงานเป็นทีมของการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงาน 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเคมี คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 40 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการสร้างและหาคุณภาพของการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มีดังนี้
1.1 ผลการสร้างบทเรียนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 การคิดและเลือกปัญหาที่จะศึกษา ขั้นที่ 2 การวางแผนโครงงาน ขั้นที่ 3 การดำเนินโครงงาน ขั้นที่ 4 การสรุปผล และขั้นที่ 5 การนำเสนอผลงาน
1.2 ผลการหาคุณภาพของการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี คุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาของบทเรียนผ่านเว็บอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X=4.53, S.D.=0.52) และคุณภาพด้านการออกแบบของบทเรียนผ่านเว็บ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X=4.65, S.D.=0.27)
2. ผลการประเมินการทำงานเป็นทีม การทำงานมีสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X=4.13, S.D.=0.68) สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้
3. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บโดยใช้การเรียนแบบโครงงานเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X=4.51, S.D.=0.38)

The purposes of this research were: 1) to construct and to find quality of instruction development through the websites by using the project-based learning to enhance teamwork for undergraduate students. 2) to evaluate the teamwork of the instruction through the project-based learning. And 3) study satisfaction of learners towards learning through web-based learning projects, to promote teamwork. The samples were undergraduate chemistry students, Faculty of Education, Naresuan University of the 1th semester 2014 from 40 students by purposive sampling. The result of this research were as follows:

1. The construction and quality evaluation of instruction development through the websites by using the project-based learning to enhancing teamwork for undergraduate students, are as follows.
1.1 Resulted in the creation of web-based learning courseware through a project to promote teamwork. For undergraduate students consists of five steps: Step 1 To think and select the related-problems, Step 2 Project Planning, Step 3 implementation project, Step 4 Conclusive discussions and Step 5 presentations.
1.2 The development of web-based Instruction with project-based promoting for teamwork for undergraduate students quality evaluation of content by content expert were highest level (X=4.53, S.D.=0.52) and evaluation of design (X=4.65, S.D.=0.27)
2. The results of the assessment to work as a team. The work is the performance of a team is in high levels (X=4.13, S.D.=0.68) can work together.
3. The satisfaction of students towards web-based instruction with project-based promoting for teamwork was at highest level (X=4.51, S.D.=0.38)
