ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการข้อมูลประชากรในเขตรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการข้อมูลประชากรในเขตรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี และประเมินความพึงพอใจระบบสารสนเทศ การพัฒนาระบบในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์เว็บ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์และการออกแบบระบบด้วยยูเอ็มแอล (UML) โปรแกรมพัฒนาเว็บด้วย อีย เฟรมเวิร์ก (Yii Framework) โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL) โปรแกรมบีเอ็มเอส-ฮอสเอกซ์พี พีซียู (BMS-HOSxP_PCU) ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศการจัดการฐานข้อมูลประชากรเพื่อใช้ในการค้นหาข้อมูล แก้ไขข้อมูล จัดทำรายงาน และมีการกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งาน ผู้วิจัยได้นำระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเสนอขอความคิดเห็นจากคณะทำงานและผู้ตรวจสอบรายงานของหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 70 คน โดยใช้แบบประเมินระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการข้อมูลประชากรในเขตรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ประเมินความพึงพอใจใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก(X_=4.12, S.D.=0.77) 2) ความพึงพอใจด้านการทำงานของระบบอยู่ในระดับมาก (X_=4.13, S.D.=0.80) 3) ความพึงพอใจด้านการนำไปใช้งานจริงอยู่ในระดับมาก (X_=4.20, S.D.=0.83) และความพึงพอใจโดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก (X_=4.15, S.D.=0.80)

In this thesis, the researcher describes and analyzes an information system developed for managing population data for the area under the responsibility of the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital, Doem Bang Nang Buat district, Suphan Buri province. In addition, the researcher evaluates the satisfaction of users of the information system by means of soliciting opinions expressed by examiners at public health facilities in the area of the hospital.

The researcher developed the system in the form of web application software. For analysis and system design purposes, the researcher relied on unified modeling language (UML), the Yii Framework, My Structured Query Language (MySQL), and Bangkok Medical Software BMS-HOSxP_PCU. The information system is used for managing a population database. It can be accordingly used for purposes of data retrieval, data correction, making reports, and determining whether a potential user is permitted access to the system.

The researcher had the system evaluated by soliciting the opinions of 70 Work Committee members charged with the task of examining reports at public health facilities in Doem Bang Nang Buat district, Suphan Buri province. A form for evaluating the information system was used to determine satisfaction in three aspects: 1) The design used for accessing and coordinating with other users was evaluated at a high level (X=4.12, SD=0.77). 2) System performance was also evaluated at a high level (X=4.13, SD=0.80). 3) Actual use was additionally evaluated at a high level (X=4.20, SD=0.83). Finally, overall satisfaction for all three aspects was found to be evinced at a high level (X=4.15, SD=0.80).
