การพัฒนาองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

Abstract

แนวคิดเรื่ององค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้เป็นแนวทางหนึ่งที่สามารถนำมาใช้พัฒนาสถาบันได้อย่างเหมาะสมยิ่งในสภาวะที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งเป็นแนวคิดที่มุ่งพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้เกิดการสร้างสิ่งใหม่ๆ และการถ่ายโอนความรู้ที่องค์การมีภูมิปัญญาที่เกิดขึ้นจากบุคคลที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ หรือภายนอกตัวบุคคลที่มีการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาสถาบันอุดมศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านองค์การ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ การบริหารจัดการและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ การจัดการความรู้ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 2) ด้านบุคคล ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ การเป็นบุคคลที่รอบรู้ การมีแบบแผนความคิด การเรียนรู้ การคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และ 3) ด้านผู้นำ ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย คือ ผู้นำที่มุ่งนำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผู้นำที่มีบทบาทเป็นเพื่อนร่วมงาน และผู้นำที่มีหน้าที่เป็นผู้จัดการ

The concept of building the learning organization is one an approach that can develop the organization appropriately under changeable condition. This concept focuses on sustainable development and continually new things and knowledge transfer from Tacit knowledge or Explicit knowledge. Moreover, there are three main components to develop a higher education institute to be learning organization including 1) Organization which includes 4 subcomponents: managing organization and culture knowledge management, having share vision and information technology; 2) Personal which consists of 4 main subcomponents: personal mastery mental model, learning and system thinking; and 3) Leader which includes 3 main subcomponents; transformation leadership, colleague-like leadership, and manager-like leadership.
