Abstract
การวิจัยอาจเป็นเรื่องยากโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับนักวิจัยใหม่ บทความนี้อธิบายการวิจัยอย่างเป็นกระบวนการ โดยเน้นขั้นตอนสำคัญที่นักวิจัยควรทราบ เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการเตรียมการทำวิจัย ตั้งแต่การยกร่างหรือวางแผนการวิจัยจนถึงขั้นการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีการที่เหมาะสม ตลอดจนการจัดทำรายงานการวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพ รวมทั้งได้ให้แนวทางเพื่อป้องกันและหลีกเลี่ยงความบกพร่องหรือผิดพลาดที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการวิจัยทำให้เสียเวลาและทรัพยากรโดยไม่จำเป็น
