คุณลักษณะผู้นำตามหลักการอิสลามของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำตามหลักการอิสลามของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะผู้นำตามหลักการอิสลามของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างวิจัย ได้แก่ หัวหน้าฝ่าย รองหัวหน้าฝ่าย และตัวแทนครูผู้สอน จำนวน 649 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้ชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า ของลิเคิร์ท ระดับค่าคะแนน 5 ระดับ ใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ประกอบด้วย 1) ค่าร้อยละ 2) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (X_) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) หาค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนของแต่ละตัวแปร

ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญพบว่า คุณลักษณะผู้นำตามหลักการอิสลามของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มี 9 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X_=3.88, S.D.=0.80) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านความสัจจริง (Sidiq) (X=3.89, S.D.=0.80) 2) ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ/รับผิดชอบ (Amanah) (X=3.90, S.D.=0.80) 3) ด้านเผยแผ่และสื่อสารคำสอนอิสลาม (Tabliqh) (X=3.84, S.D.=0.81) 4) ด้านความรู้และทักษะการบริหาร (Fathanah) (X=3.82, S.D.=0.81) 5) ด้านการมีหลักศรัทธาที่ถูกต้องและบริสุทธิ์ใจ (Agidah Salimah) (X=3.95, S.D.=0.79) 6) ด้านการประชุมปรึกษาหารือ (Syura) (X=3.88, S.D.=0.81) 7) ด้านความยุติธรรม (Adl) (X=3.75, S.D.=0.86) 8) ด้านการมีมารยาทดี (Akhlaqul Karimah) (X_=3.88, S.D.=0.81) และ 9) ด้านกายภาพและสุขภาพ (Jasadiyah & Sihiyah) (X_=4.00, S.D.=0.81) เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อในแต่ละด้านผลปรากฏว่า ทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก โดยข้อที่มีระดับปฏิบัติมากที่สุด คือ ผู้บริหารเป็นผู้รักษาดูแลความสะอาดร่างกาย และเครื่องแต่งกายอยู่เสมอ (X=4.18, S.D.=0.76) รองลงมาคือ ผู้บริหารเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติตนตามคำสอนอิสลาม (X=4.10, S.D.=0.76) และผู้บริหารเป็นผู้แต่งกายสุภาพเรียบร้อยเหมาะสมต่อกาลเทศะ (X=4.10, S.D.=0.74) ตามลำดับ ส่วนข้อที่มีระดับปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารแสดงถึงการให้ค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมกับระดับความยากง่ายของงานที่ผู้ร่วมงานรับผิดชอบ (X=3.71, S.D.=0.92)

This research is survey research which aims 1) to study the leadership traits from Islamic principles of Islamic private school administrators in the three southern border provinces 2) to study the level of leadership traits from Islamic principles of Islamic private school administrators in the three southern border provinces. Include the 649 samples using questionnaires to collect data using the Likert rating scale, using 5 levels of rating, using in this research include head of divisions, deputy head of division and teachers’ representatives. For quantitative data, questionnaires were
employed to collect the research data. Using statistics to analyze data with software package consisting of 1) using percentage 2) using statistics arithmetic mean (X_) standard deviation (S.D.) to find the average score of each variable.

The major result of research found that, leadership traits from Islamic principles of Islamic private school administrators in the three southern border provinces is in 9 aspect. The overall picture is at a high level (X_=3.88, S.D.=0.80) when considering all aspect is at a high level, consisting of 1) The trust. (Sidiq) (X=3.89, S.D.=0.80) 2) Reliability/Responsibility (Amanah) (X=3.90, S.D.=0.80) 3) The Propagating and communicating Islamic teaching (Tabliqh) (X=3.84, S.D.=0.81) 4) Knowledge and management skills (Fathanah) (X=3.82, S.D.=0.81) 5) Principles of faith and to be sincere to Allah (Agidah Salimah) (X=3.95, S.D.=0.79) 6) Consultation (Syura) (X=3.88, S.D.=0.81) 7) The justice (Adl) (X=3.75, S.D.=0.86) 8) The good manners (Akhlaqul Karimah) (X=3.88, S.D.=0.81) and 9) External personality and health (Jasadiyah & Sihiyah) (X=4.00, S.D.=0.81). When considering each item in each aspect, the results show that all variables are at a high level, with the highest level of practice is the administrator is the keeper of body cleanliness and the costume is always (X=4.18, S.D.=0.76), followed by the administrator as the practitioners according to the Islamic teachings (X=4.10, S.D.=0.76) and the administrators are modestly dressed, appropriate to the temperament (X=4.10, S.D.=0.74), respectively. The lowest level of practice is that the administrator show the compensation that is appropriate to the difficulty level of the work that the responsible person (X=3.71, S.D.=0.92).
