อดีตสู่ปัจจุบัน: การบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษาของสาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน)

Abstract

การบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษาของสาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) มีรูปแบบที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์และได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากความร่วมมือของทุกฝ่ายที่ช่วยกันทำรับผิดชอบ ดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ทำให้การแนะแนวมีการจัดการที่เป็นระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ จนสามารถสร้างโมเดลการแนะแนวที่นำมาใช้ได้จริงในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความเป็นมาของงานแนะแนวไต้หวัน ระบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาโมเดลการแนะแนวระบบใหม่ อันประกอบด้วย การแนะแนวระบบใหม่แบบสามรวมเป็นหนึ่ง โมเดล WISER และโมเดลการเพิ่มความหมายในชีวิตนักเรียน รวมทั้งสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษาไต้หวัน ซึ่งมีทั้งจุดเด่น ปัญหาและอุปสรรค การศึกษาประเด็นเหล่านี้ทำให้เข้าใจการบริหารงานแนะแนวที่เป็นระบบ ทันสมัย และมีประสิทธิภาพของไต้หวัน โดยเฉพาะการจัดบริการแนะแนวที่แบ่งการบริการได้หลากหลายและครอบคลุมกว่าการจัดบริการแนะแนวของไทย ซึ่งล้วนมีประโยชน์และมีคุณค่าต่อการนำมาประยุกต์ใช้และพัฒนาระบบงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษาของไทยต่อไป

The guidance administration model provided in compulsory schools in the Republic of China (Taiwan) has its uniqueness and it is continually improving nowadays. A collaborative method among personnel in schools to assist students is considered one of the key factors to have the guidance management in Taiwan methodical and successful which eventually lead to the chief guidance models currently.

This article aims to introduce the historical background of guidance services in compulsory schools in Taiwan; the system of guidance administration in compulsory schools; the improvement of new models, including the 3-to-1 guidance system, the WISER Model, and five steps for increasing life meaning of the Raise-up model; as well as the present situation of guidance services in compulsory schools of Taiwan, that has its prominent features and obstacles. These issues achieve an understanding of the guidance administration in compulsory schools of Taiwan, which is systematic, up-to-date and effective, especially the guidance services which are more various and comprehensive than those in Thailand. Therefore, these issues are worthwhile to employ and make use of the ways of developing the guidance administration in compulsory schools in Thailand.
