การออกแบบและพัฒนาโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ที่ส่งเสริมการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ที่ส่งเสริมการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา วิทยาลัยชุมชนมุกดาหาร ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 30 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 6 คน รูปแบบการวิจัยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ การวิจัยโมเดล model research ในระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาโมเดล model development ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเอกสาร document analysis การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ survey research โดยมีขั้นตอนในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ 1) การศึกษาหลักการและทฤษฎี 2) การศึกษาสภาพบริบท 3) สังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีและสังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายฯ 4) การออกแบบและพัฒนาโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายฯ และ 5) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการสรุปตีความและบรรยายเชิงวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การออกแบบโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายฯ โดยใช้ ID Theory ที่อาศัยพื้นฐานจากกรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีและกรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ที่ส่งเสริมการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ 1) สถานการณ์ปัญหา 2) ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ 3) กรณีใกล้เคียง 4) ฐานความช่วยเหลือ 5) ศูนย์แก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 6) เครื่องมือทางปัญญา 7) ศูนย์แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 8) ศูนย์ให้คำแนะนำ
2. ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมฯ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านสื่อบนเครือข่าย และด้านการออกแบบที่ใช้ ID Theory พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีเนื้อหาที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสมกับการเรียนรู้ ในด้านสื่อบนเครือข่ายมีการออกแบบที่เหมาะสมตามหลักการ ในด้านการออกแบบสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์มีความเหมาะสมในการส่งเสริมการสร้างความรู้และส่งเสริมการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียน

The purpose of this research was to design and develop the constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving for vocational diploma students. The target groups consisted of 30 students of Mukdahan Community College who registered the course of life and environment and 6 experts to examine the learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving. The Model Research phase I: Model development was employed in this study. Several methodology used in this study were document analysis and survey research. The procedures were as followings: 1) to examine the principles and theories, 2) to explore the instructional context, 3) to synthesize designing framework of the constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving for vocational diploma students, 4) to design and develop the constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving according to above mentioned designing framework, and 5) to evaluate the efficiency of the constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving.

The result revealed that:
1. The design and development of constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving comprised of 8 components as followings: 1) Problem bases, 2) Learning center, 3) Related case, 4) Scaffolding, 5) Creative problem solving center, 6) Cognitive tools, 7) Collaborative center, and 8) Coaching center.
2. The efficiency of the constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative problem solving showed 3 the appropriated dimensions: The content is appropriate for learning. The characteristic of web base was appropriate for supporting the learners to learn and access information easily. The design of eight components were congruent with the underlined theories.
