โรงเรียนแห่งชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูเพื่อการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ
Abstract
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์วรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในโรงเรียน โดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาบทความและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ และนำเสนอตามลำดับดังนี้ ความเป็นมา ความสำคัญ ความหมาย การแบ่งระดับชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และองค์ประกอบของชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูในบริบทสถานศึกษามีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 6 องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ร่วม ทีมร่วมแรงร่วมใจ ภาวะผู้นำร่วม การเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ ชุมชนกัลยาณมิตร และโครงสร้างสนับสนุน พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอบทสรุปและข้อเสนอในการประยุกต์กรอบแนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในโรงเรียนสู่การปฏิบัติ
The objective of this article was to analyze related literature of professional learning community (PLC) of teachers in schools for their professional development. Related documents on PLC were studied. Content analysis was employed to analyze all collected data. In the article, the finding showed the background of PLC, its significance, definition, levels of professional learning community, and components of professional learning community of teachers in school contexts. Six components of PLC and details include shared vision, collaborative teamwork, shared leadership, professional learning and development, caring community and supportive community. Summary and suggestions of PLC were also provided for practices in schools.
