แนวทางการจัดการข้อมูลการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้วยโมบาย NFC เทคโนโลยี

Abstract

การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมากสำหรับการบริหารองค์กร เพราะการบริหารคนมีผลต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กรสามารถนำพาองค์กรให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการบริหาร ลดระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน ลดความซ้ำซ้อน ลดข้อผิดพลาด ในการจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศภายในองค์กร และด้วยความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร จึงมีการพัฒนารูปแบบระบบให้บริหารจัดการผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรียกว่า การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ช่วยให้การจัดการข้อมูลสะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่ไหน เวลาใดก็ได้ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต นอกจากการนำระบบดังกล่าวเข้ามาช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานแล้วนั้น การนำเทคโนโลยีที่ใกล้ตัวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ใช้และความรวดเร็วในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลก็เป็นเรื่องที่น่าสนใจ ในบทความนี้จึงนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการข้อมูลการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้วยโมบาย NFC เทคโนโลยี ซึ่งเป็นเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารไร้สายระยะสั้นที่มาพร้อมกับโทรศัพท์มือถือ มีความปลอดภัยสูง สะดวกและง่าย

Human resource management (HRM) has a highly important role to play in the organization as it is used to manage people for its overall success. In addition, such efficiency allows the organization to achieve its business goal. By using HRM, it reduces the time taken for business operations, it reduces redundancy in terms of data, and it reduces operational errors of information management within the organization. With the advances in information and communication technology, there is the development of model management system through the Internet called the Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM). This model provides more convenient management and access to the data anytime anywhere via the Internet. In addition to the use of this system to improve the performance, it is interesting to employ close-in technology for management while facilitating user access and increasing speed of access to information. This paper proposes guideline on data management in human resource management by mobile NFC technologies, which a near field communication was an equipment as smartphones in order to ensure high levels of security, convenience and ease of use.
