Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ผ้าบาติกสีคราม: มิติความงามวิถีปัตตานีสู่งานศิลปะ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์เทคนิค กระบวนการทำผ้าบาติกสีคราม หารูปแบบแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานในรูปแบบผ้าบาติกสีครามและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะร่วมสมัยจากแนวความคิด

ผลการวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ เกิดองค์ความรู้ รูปแบบและลักษณะเฉพาะ ภายใต้แนวความคิด มิติความงามวิถีปัตตานี ผ่านกระบวนการเทคนิคผ้าบาติกสีครามที่ได้จากการศึกษาเทคนิคการย้อมคราม นำมาทดลองปรับประยุกต์การย้อมครามเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับวัสดุที่มีอยู่ในพื้นที่ปัตตานี ผลการทดลองได้ผลใกล้เคียงกับพื้นที่ที่ทำการศึกษา ระดับค่าน้ำหนักของสีฟ้าอ่อนจนถึงน้ำเงินเข้ม และทดลองย้อมในสภาพที่ครามไม่ให้สี ผลที่ได้ คือ ได้สีที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะสามารถนำมาใช้ในงานศิลปะได้ ส่วนผลงานศิลปะผู้วิจัยนำเสนอในรูปแบบ Installation Art จำนวน 4 ชุด ดังนี้ 1) ผลงานชุดมุขปาฐะปันตัยอินี 2) ผลงานชุดฟ้าคราม-ผ้าคราม 3) ผลงานชุดวิถีดักปลาที่ยะหริ่ง และ 4) ผลงานชุดสัมพันธภาพนกกับคนตานี โดยใช้รูปทรงแทนสัญลักษณ์คุณค่าทางความหมาย จากกระบวนการทางความคิด ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวประสบการณ์ตรงของผู้วิจัยที่เข้าไปใช้ชีวิตในจังหวัดปัตตานี นำเสนอมุมมองแนวทางความเป็นอยู่ การดำเนินชีวิตของผู้คนในจังหวัดปัตตานี ความงดงามของธรรมชาติ ซึ่งแฝงนัยสะท้อนถึงความงดงามของประวัติศาสตร์ วิถีชีวิต ธรรมชาติ ตลอดจนถึงมิติความงามของกลิ่นอายวิถีปัตตานีในมุมมองของคนนอกพื้นที่

The research study “Indigo Batik: The Dimensions of Beauty of Pattani Ways of Life to Works of Art” aims to analyze and synthesize the techniques and process of natural indigo dyeing and explores creative approach to indigo batik that leads to the making of contemporary artworks according to the concept of the dimensions in the beauty of Pattani ways of life.

The creative research engenders knowledge, style, and identity under the concept of the dimensions of beauty in the Pattani ways of life, which is conveyed through the process and techniques of indigo dyeing experimented and applied to suit materials available in Pattani region. The results of color intensities from light blues to dark blues are close to those of the study area. Besides, the dyeing experiments in the conditions in which the chemical reactions of indigo were altered had been performed. The outcomes are shades of unique colors which could be used in artworks. On the part of the artworks, the researcher presents the works as 4 series of installation art which are 1) The Legend of Pattani 2) Indigo Sky-Indigo Batik 3) Yaring Ways of Fish Trapping 4) The Relation between Birds and Tani People. Forms and shapes, as symbols of the value of meaning derived from the thinking process, communicate the researcher’s direct experience with Pattani ways of being. The works, as well as presenting aspects of the people’s life and living along with the charming of the nature, reflect the dimensions of beauty of Pattani history, lifestyle, and nature through the perspectives of the outsider.
