นัยสำคัญในเรื่องเล่าความเจ็บปวด “ฉันคือเอรี่ กับประสบการณ์ข้ามแดน”
Abstract
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และค้นหานัยสำคัญของเรื่องเล่าความเจ็บปวด ฉันคือเอรี่ กับประสบการณ์ข้ามแดน ผู้วิจัยใช้แนวคิดเรื่องเล่าความเจ็บปวดเป็นกรอบการศึกษา เสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ด้วยการพรรณนาในแบบวรรณคดีวิจารณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้เขียนเรื่องเล่าความเจ็บปวดข้างต้น แสดงนัยสำคัญ 4 ประการ คือ 1) บอกเล่ารอยบาดแผลในความทรงจำ 2) ซ่อนเร้นคำอธิบายต่อสังคม 3) เยียวยาบาดแผลความทรงจำ และ 4) ลบล้างตราบาป
ฉันคือเอรี่ กับประสบการณ์ข้ามแดน เป็นวรรณกรรมอัตชีวประวัติที่แสดงบทเรียนชีวิตจากประสบการณ์ที่ผิดพลาด จนได้เรียนรู้ความหมายและคุณค่าความเป็นคน ผู้เขียนสื่อประสบการณ์ที่เคยเป็นโสเภณีและนักโทษหญิง โดยเล่าชีวิตจากจุดยืนของคนชายขอบเพื่อท้าทายข้อตำหนิของสังคมที่ตีตราเธอ วรรณกรรมเรื่องนี้เป็นการสร้างพื้นที่และตัวตนในมุมมองใหม่ของสังคม เพื่อเรียกร้องสิทธิและเสรีภาพความเท่าเทียมในคุณค่าความเป็นคน

This research article’s objectives were to analyze and discover implications of the traumatic story of I am Ary: Experiences across borders. The conceptual framework of traumatic stories was employed to conduct the research, and literary criticism was employed to present research findings. The findings revealed four implications by the author: 1) her narration of painful memories; 2) her hidden explanation to the society; 3) the healing of her painful memories and 4) the erasing of sins.
I am Ary: Experiences across borders is an autobiography narrating the author’s life lessons and past mistakes that eventually lead to her realization of the meaning and values of a human being. The author recounted her experiences as a prostitute and prisoner, and speaking of her life from a marginal person’s point of view, she also challenged the society that branded her according to her past. This literature, therefore, provides a platform for a person, helps rebuild a new identity, creates a new notion of the society, and asks for rights and freedom as well as equality in human values.
